Conditions of sale to the public

  1. Orders
  • The minimum order accepted is
    15.00 euros. (excluding delivery charge)
  • Orders can be made by mail, fax or telephone.
  • Confirmation of the order is systematically made after verification of the conformity of the information supplied by mail, fax or telephone.
  • Orders are prepared upon receipt of the Order Form.
  • Deliveries are made upon receipt of payment (cheque or transfer).
  1. Delivery
  • The client can choose a delivery:
  • within 48 hours
  • the following day before 6 pm
  • The seller does not accept responsibility in the case of an error on the delivery address.
  1. Invoicing
  • The invoice is enclosed with the delivery
  1. Prices
  • The prices are inclusive of taxes and exclude delivery charges.
  • Delivery is at the cost of the client. Prices indicated are in euros.

  • In the case of incorrect payment of the delivery charge, deliveries will be withheld until receipt of the exact amount due. 
  1. Payment
  • Full payment must be made with the order. The order will be suspended until receipt of the full amount due.
  • Payment can be made either by cheque or bank transfer.
