  • Referencing: tailoring to your specifications and specific quality requirements (analysis of additional products), updating of document chain, setting-up tests (ageing, sealing, etc.)

GP Pays Basque, as its name indicates, is a group of producers of Piment d’Espelette AOP (PDO: protected designation of origin). We are passionate about producing this spice, and we are able to control the whole production process, from seed to finished product, within the protected zone.
